Tool Sales / Auctions

Tool sales are conducted at the Guild’s facility; sales include both fixed-priced and silent auction bid items. These sales provide benefits for the Guild and our community. They offer a single point of contact for donors/consignees to liquidate shop equipment and tools no longer needed. They allow woodworkers to obtain tools and equipment at a great value. They also provide a revenue stream for the Guild's mission of supporting education and charitable causes.


How the Tool Sales Work
Generally, the consignee/donor contacts the Guild.  The tool sales team retrieves the items from the owner’s location and prices them. A sale, conducted in the spring and fall, is open to the public. Proceeds are shared between the consignees and the Guild.  Items remaining unsold after the sale are donated to charities throughout the upstate South Carolina region.
